This piece can also be made in white, cream, or any variety of colours for bridal or non-bridal wear. All headpieces are made to order and subject to a deposit (the lesser of €50 or 50% of the cost of the headpiece) at the time of order. For a made to order variation, please allow a minimum lead time of 2 weeks. You are more than welcome to arrange a visit to view and try on the sample headpiece if you wish before purchase. Alternatively, videos of the headpiece can be made available upon request.

All Hats by Rachel products are made to order, by the business owner, to the highest level of quality and detail she sets as standard.
If, however, you are dissatisfied with your new purchase, please contact Hats by Rachel in writing to provide details of the reason. The customer may arrange for return of the product in exchange for a credit note only. The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
Hats by Rachel provides a Personal Delivery Service to customers in both the Republic and Northern Ireland. Delivery rates are shown on the Personal Delivery Service page.
Alternatively, customers can arrange to collect their orders from the workshop.
